hey blog

So school started, I'm once again not having enough free time that i do anything productive in it, so I have of course neglected not only this blog - but also the whole point of my blog - eating some healthy shit, and seeing if it makes me a happier person. Well I think the bottom line is that i have many things I'm trying to improve in my life at this time, and I am just not ready for this much energy focused to my eating - i should i know, but my body will hold itself together for a few more years so i can focus on getting my head straight. until then, chain smoking p-funks, drinking energy drinks that make me shaky- zanz chili cheese chilitos, and lots of bong hits. Really though, I am going to continue on a goal of eating more fruits - i know that its good for me, and it's convenient - bananas are perfect for class or munchies, know what i mean? good. Oh, and I'm trying to expand my horizons of what i will actually eat - even if it tastes gross, maybe i just have to man up and eat it in order to impress a lady.

do work



Ok, so I was talking to my close friend, who is on point most of the time with her ideas. We were talking life. She suggested that a way to bring more happiness into a persons life can sometimes be as easy as introducing more fruits and vegetables into the diet. I eat very few of either. So i decided for one week I'm going to eat my daily recommended amounts and gauge my happiness, using a one to ten scale of course.

So today I'm awake, and I'm feeling pretty good about life. I'm going with a 7. off to get some groceries...... and a coffee!
